Shipping policy

All orders received by 3:00 PM on a working day are dispatched on the same working day.

Orders received after 3:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Tracked services, depending on the delivery option selected or applicable to the order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email. Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please note that dispatch time refers to the time your order leaves our premises. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service, weekends, bank holidays, and circumstances outside our control.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
